SAUNA RENT FOR FRIENDS, FAMILY & BUSINESS
The host offers a relaxing holiday for friends, families or informal business meetings in the countryside of Riga. At the disposal of guests: 2-storey house with wet sauna and relaxation room with sofas, pool table 3x1.5m on the top floor, a shower room with a shower cubicle, a separate log cabin toilet with a bio-toilet, an outdoor wooden gazebo with a large table, a pond with clean, non-volatile water and an outdoor streetball court.

The bathhouse procedure for both real steamers and those who have not yet gained strengths for their first time. All procedures are designed to relax the sauna lover with cleaning body and rejuvenate spirits.

To any of our sauna rituals pick up on positive thoughts and consciousness that it is the time just for you.
Take with you what ever makes you feel more comfortable. Sauna "The Hosts" will provide towels, tea and honey!
What to eat before the bathhouse ritual?
Previous and ritual day it is necessary to drink a lot of water, because we sweat in sauna ritual and lose a lot of fluid in the body.
Ritual day is recommended not to eat meat products and all that makes your stomach bloating.
What you should know Before the bathhouse ritual?
You must be sure that your health state is sufficient to attend the bathhouse ritual. If you are unsure about your medical condition before bathhouse ritual attendance talk to your doctor.
